I’m pretty stoked about kickball this Saturday. I just love competing. We expect a bunch of FAMU heads on Saturday kicking balls like they were in elementary school. You know when life was simple…it was about having fun.
Old School vs. New School. Who wins? I’m rolling with the old school. Kids that graduated after 2006 are soft. Thanks to Sherea Lloyd and Ellis Dean for volunteering to co-captain the Old School team.
I look forward to seeing you all this Saturday at Dobbs Elementary (2025 Jonesboro Road SE, 30315). Old School wears orange shirts and New School wears green shirts. Afterward, we’ll catch a few drinks and bond.
:: Help Needed With Activity Planning ::
This brings me to the next point: I need help executing the planning of our activities. As I pick up more work/passion-related projects, my bandwidth decreases, and you’ll see the difference in the small details that really matter.
For the most part, I can take care of marketing myself (always need you all to pass on the word however). Where I/we need the most assistance is in the event planning area. The problem we run into is the speed/tempo in which I work. I need firefighters.
Lessons Learned:
– Kickball is gonna rock this Saturday. Be there – I need help with activity planning – Firefighters are required
