Many of you know @shutupandtrain’s July 30 Day Cardio Challenge started today, and I got things kicked off at 6am with the first workout: the Baseline Assessment. Results below:
1 Mile Run: 8 minutes 50 seconds
Burpees: 20
Single Leg Touches: 24 (each leg)
Crawl Pushups: 13
Dips: 41
Body Weight Squats: 46
Now, it’s time to eat clean. No alcohol or fast food.
