I admit, I’m in a little bit of a rut with the 30 Day Cardio Challenge. Physically, I can now get through the 60-75 minutes with @shutupandtrain, but, mentally, it is really tough. The newness of the first two weeks has worn off. That newness which used to power me to work harder.
Basically, “ish” just got real.
Yesterday I had to, literally, remind myself to finish the exercises without stopping because I’m used to taking short breaks.
It’s time for a new source of motivation: everyone else in the challenge. Below are what some people are saying:
