We’re on just Day 4 of the 30 Day Cardio Challenge, and I know some people that are already complaining. I think its BS, and I’m not afraid to tell them so. I have very little sympathy for them.
Here’s why.
I started training 4-5 days a week with Mr. Shut Up and Train last June, and immediately loved it because (a) it made me feel like an athlete again and, most importantly, (b) the #shutupandtrain mentality falls in line with my mindset, and is just what I need.
To me, #shutupandtrain is not only about the workouts…it is a lifestyle and mindset. It has now crossed over into my everyday life. It’s about not giving excuses why something can’t be done, and JFDI. Can’t get that project done on time? #shutupandtrain
It’s about pushing yourself and being comfortable with being uncomfortable. You can ALWAYS do more than what you think you can. Always. But you have to be mentally strong enough to push through.
#shutupandtrain is about increasing your mental strength more than your physical strength. And this will help you out in ALL facets of your life.
